Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  3. In a baking dish, layer half of the zucchini slices at the bottom.
  4. Spoon half of the marinara sauce over the zucchini.
  5. Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the ricotta.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining zucchini, sauce, ricotta, and cheeses.
  8. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
