- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the zucchini slices at the bottom.
- Spoon half of the marinara sauce over the zucchini.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the sauce.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the ricotta.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining zucchini, sauce, ricotta, and cheeses.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
