- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 8 ounces turkey bacon
- 6 ounces chicken ham
- 4 ounces provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Slice the Italian bread in half and spread mayonnaise inside.
- Layer the cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and black pepper.
- Close the sandwich and wrap it in foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, unwrap, and slice to serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some hot peppers or olives.
- Serve with a side salad or chips.
