- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 1 cup sliced provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- Cut the Italian bread and spread mayonnaise inside.
- Layer provolone cheese, turkey bacon, roasted red peppers, and olives.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
- Close the sandwich and wrap in foil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warmed through.
- Slice and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add fresh basil or spinach.
