Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the butternut squash, feta cheese, olive oil, sage, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the squash is tender and the feta is golden.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- Once the baking is done, mix the roasted mixture with the pasta and toss to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra sage if desired.
