- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In one bowl, whisk together the eggs. In another bowl, combine the flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken thigh first in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally in the panko to coat.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the chicken is baking, mix honey and hot sauce in a small bowl.
- Once the chicken is done, drizzle the hot honey mixture over the top.
