Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
- Drizzle with hot honey before serving.

- For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve with a side of coleslaw for a refreshing contrast.
