- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 10 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup salsa
- cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, taco seasoning, and salsa.
- On each tortilla, place a generous amount of the chicken mixture and roll tightly.
- Place the rolled taquitos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the taquitos with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with guacamole, sour cream, or salsa for dipping.
- For a spicy kick, add jalapeños to the chicken mixture.
