  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cheese, black beans, cumin, chili powder, and diced onion.
  3. Place a generous amount of the mixture in the center of each tortilla and fold the sides over the filling, then roll up tightly.
