- 1 cup black beans

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cheese, black beans, cumin, chili powder, and diced onion.
- Place a generous amount of the mixture in the center of each tortilla and fold the sides over the filling, then roll up tightly.
- Brush each chimichanga with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
