- 2 cups black beans, cooked
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 corn tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mash the black beans and mix in cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
- Add shredded cheese to the mixture.
- Spoon some of the mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place the taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.

- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
