Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mash the black beans and mix in cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder.
- Place a small amount of the mixture on each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll tightly.
- Arrange the rolled taquitos on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
