  • 23 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and fold in the diced apples.
  5. Scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, making small rounds.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While the fritters are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the fritters once they are out of the oven.
