- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the cooked rice and olive oil, then spread evenly.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Place the seasoned chicken on top of the rice.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle tzatziki sauce over the chicken before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in tzatziki sauce for an hour before baking.
- Serve with extra tzatziki on the side.
