- 1 pie crust
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onion until translucent.
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the pie crust with crumbled bacon, sautéed onions, and sliced tomatoes.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients and top with cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier twist, add jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the oven for the best flavor.
