- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package eggroll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cooked bacon, jalapeño, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each eggroll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the eggrolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra heat, keep the seeds from the jalapeño.
- Serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
