Instructions

  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.

  6. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on parchment paper.
  7. Once heated, carefully transfer the dough into the Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
