Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer.
- Add sliced ginger, chopped scallions, and minced garlic to the pot.
- Stir in the chicken pieces and soy sauce.
- Let it cook until chicken is fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and stir until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- For added flavor, garnish with extra scallions and a dash of soy sauce.
