- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 package spring roll wrappers
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place 1 tablespoon of the apple mixture in the center.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges with melted butter.
- Place samosas on a baking sheet and brush with remaining melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with caramel sauce for an extra indulgent treat.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
