Ingredients

  • 2 large apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced apples, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Take a spring roll wrapper and place 1 tablespoon of the apple mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges with melted butter.
  5. Place samosas on a baking sheet and brush with remaining melted butter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
