Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
- Fold in the diced apples and melted butter.
- Preheat the waffle maker and pour batter into it. Cook until golden brown.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with a bit of milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm donuts.
