Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half the cheese, and layer the apple mixture on top.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and top with the second tortilla.
  5. Cook until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side.
  6. Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve.
