- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 and 1/2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, melted butter, apple cider, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan and serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter touch, dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
- Serve with fresh apple slices for added flavor.
