Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  4. Add the egg, apple cider, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
