- 1 cup diced apples, peeled and cored
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Stir in milk until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and melted butter for the glaze.
- Drizzle the honey butter glaze over the biscuits before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cinnamon to the batter.
- Serve with additional honey on the side.
