Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream together butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the apple mixture.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
