- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
- Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables or a salad.
