Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Layer the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts on top of the crust.
  5. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars and serving.

Notes
