- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts on top of the crust.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, drizzle melted chocolate on top after baking.
- These bars can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container.
