- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm water and melted butter; mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Shape the rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Let the rolls rise for 10 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For added flavor, brush melted butter on top of the rolls after baking.
- Make sure not to over-knead the dough as it can become tough.
